I find it equivalent to Dr. G...Makes perfect sense!<br />I find it equivalent to Dr. Goldratt's approach of measuring THROUGHPUT, INVENTORY & OPERATING EXPENSE.<br /><br />THROUGHPUT is a measure of value delivered.
